Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store outlets with attention to detail
- Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales efficiently
- Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a strong team
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain financial and statistical records, manage budgets
- Set and motivate staff to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management
