We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detail Manager to oversee our car detailing operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and customer service, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of detailers and coordinating all aspects of the detailing process.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee the cleaning, and detailing of vehicles, ensuring every car is presented in pristine condition.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to detailing services.
- Conduct regular quality checks on completed work to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial work or car wash/detailing environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
