Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Learn and become proficient in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, boards, assembling, and food prep
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the kitchen
- Stock and manage kitchen inventory as needed
- Stay up-to-date on new products and operational procedures
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and communicate maintenance concerns to Leadership
- Complete all assigned training and ongoing development requirements
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A appearance, uniform, and conduct standards at all times
- Support team operations in other areas as business needs require
