WingHaven Country Club is looking for a qualified bartender who can provide our members with an outstanding guest experience.
Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of bar guests is a crucial factor for improving guest drinking experience and our bar's profitability. Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience.
A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.

Responsibilities of a Bartender:
- Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customers
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mixing classic and innovative cocktails
- Communicating with members in a friendly and professional manner
- Nurturing guests to provide an exceptional member experience
- Making menu recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Bartender Job Requirements:
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- Use standard measuring devices for pouring
- Close the bar at designated times and complete closing financial reports
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills required
- High energy, professional and polite individual
- Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company approved uniform at all times
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in an indoor and outdoor setting
- Must be able to operate F&B Point of Sale system, make change correctly and make credit card transactions accurately
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of weight
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and clean counters/tables
- Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and flexible hours, as needed
- Must be on time for work and dependable
- Must be able to multi-task and a team player
