As a Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the restaurant by building relationships within the community and supporting sales initiatives. This dynamic position allows you to make a direct impact on the restaurant’s success by overseeing various marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, and promotional events/activities. Your work will help strengthen the restaurant’s connection with its guests, grow sales, and enhance the brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
- Coordinate events, school partnerships and fundraisers that align with company values while providing a fun and engaging experience for families and driving restaurant traffic.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Promote new and seasonal menu items through various marketing channels to drive interest and sales.
- Respond to guests through various platforms, promoting events and addressing customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with local and national marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
- Create marketing calendar that balances seasonal promotions ,community engagement, and operational priorities
Strategic Growth:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to align marketing initiatives with overall operational goals.
- Analyze sales trends and marketing performance to identify opportunities for growth.

Main Responsibilities of a Restaurant Director
- Responsible for every aspect of the day to day supervision of the restaurant
- Responsible for specific area of the business - Marketing
- Responsible for the safety of the team, guests, and food.
Responsibilities of a Restaurant Director
- Oversee restaurant supervisors, team members and operations to better ensure a quality experience.
- Writes and executes Business Plan for their area of ownership, quarterly, to establish short-term goals that align with annual business goals.
- Adhere to and be able to explain all CFA policies and procedures in a clear and articulate manner.
- Must be able to hold yourself and your team accountable for all policies & procedures.
- Provide feedback to the Directors and/or the Executive Team on progress toward goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Available to work 40 hours a week.
- Available to work day and night shifts and available to close (6am-11pm), as well as holidays, Fridays and Saturdays.
- Has oversight & facilitates the approval of shift positions to ensure consistency and quality for the teams working.
- Ensure all tasks assigned to supervisors are complete both before, during, and after shifts. (i.e., cleaning properly, deposits, and stocking to be ready for the next shift, etc.)
- Make sure communication for any next day operations has been completed.
- Make sure closing of facility is completed properly each night. Must be clean and well stocked to prepare for the next business day.
