Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and energize the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Set the tone for service and create a positive, welcoming environment
- Train, coach, and support team members in hospitality excellence
- Respond to guest concerns with urgency, care, and professionalism
- Monitor cleanliness, order accuracy, and dining room flow
- Maintain security and accountability for all cash handling
- Serve as a keyholder and lead successful shift transitions
- Communicate team performance and development needs to leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, or FOH Manager
- Hospitality-minded leader with a heart for serving people
- Excellent communicator with a professional demeanor
- Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable
- Strong sense of urgency and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for developing others and creating a great guest experience
- 1+ year of stable job tenure preferred
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts
