Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Respond immediately and respectfully to guest needs
- Assist in training new hires and act as a role model
- Lead shifts and maintain a friendly, encouraging atmosphere
- Count drawers and finalize day operations
- Communicate effectively with both team members and guests
