Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
- Monitor the flow of the dining area to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and take reservations as needed.
- Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, following health and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a host or customer service role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right individual!
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. On-call is a plus!
- A passion for hospitality and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
