We’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join the opening team of our brand-new restaurant and brewery, where creativity and hospitality come together.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and craft beer.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and notify management of low stock.
- Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including beer selections, to make informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beer, and beverage trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for creating rapport with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. On-call is a plus!
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
