Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to create memorable guest experiences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest preferences are met.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to presentation and quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or feedback.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting to maintain a clean dining area.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings to make informed recommendations.
- Support teammates during busy shifts, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or as a server is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. On-call is a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
