WE’RE HIRING: AREA MANAGER – DUNKIN’ | INDIANA
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and reliable Area Manager to oversee and support Dunkin’ stores throughout Indiana.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple Dunkin’ locations.
- Travel throughout Indiana to support stores as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Support store managers and team members with training, coaching, and leadership.
- Monitor store performance, staffing, and operational efficiency.
- Be available 24/7 to assist with urgent operational needs and emergencies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong leadership and multi-unit management skills.
- Experience in the restaurant, quick-service, or food service industry preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Indiana.
- Flexible schedule and availability to support stores 24/7 when needed.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Location: Indiana (statewide travel required)
Availability: 24/7 as needed to support store operations.
