We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef to join our team. Candidates must possess a high degree of skill, a passion for the restaurant & hospitality industry, and a commitment to the guest experience.
This is a full time Executive Chef position with benefits that requires nights and weekends, averaging 50 hours a week. We look for strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to train and develop staff, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant with high culinary standards.
- The advantage goes to candidates with a culinary school diploma or ServSafe certification.
- Adhere to food safety standards.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus.
