We are looking for experienced wood burning grill line cooks that can also sauté, fry, and work at the pantry station, to contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant for lunch, dinner and brunch service.
The right candidate for the job has experience in high volume establishments, high pressure cooking with expensive ingredients, ability to communicate with guests, extremely hot and physical work environment, move 40lb bags of charcoal and heavy carts of wood.
Job Requirements:
- Able to multitask and work quickly.
- Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
- Adhere to food safety standards.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
