This is a full time AGM position with benefits that requires nights and weekends, averaging 50-60 hours a week. We make everything from scratch from recipes designed by a James Beard award winning concept chef. Beverage management and Rum knowledge is a plus. Every Friday and Saturday night, we turn into a Latin nightclub from 11pm-3am. We are looking for leaders can run shifts, collaborate, and also teach and develop their team.
Qualifications:
- 3 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant with high service standards
- Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol standards
- Be hospitality oriented
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus
