Rate of pay$60000 - 72000 per year

If you love Cuban food, Latin music and exciting Nightlife, consider joining our team! This is a full time Front of House Manager position with benefits that requires nights and weekends, averaging 50-60 hours a week. Every Friday and Saturday night, we turn into a Latin nightclub from 11pm-3am. This position requires a wide range of beverage, service and business acumen. We are looking for leaders that can run shifts, collaborate, and also teach and develop their team.


Leadership is essential. We look to our leaders to set the example, coach and develop their teams.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant with high service standards
  • Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol standards
  • Be hospitality oriented 
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus
