Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all clinical operations to ensure excellent patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff to maintain high standards
- Monitor patient outcomes and continuously improve service quality
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current licensure as RN, PT, SLP, or OT in the state
- Minimum three years of management experience in home health or related healthcare settings
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to supervise clinical and administrative personnel
- Licensed driver with an insured, reliable vehicle
- Passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care
