Manager: Job Description

- Leverages Development Manual to develop others
Anticipates: Restaurant Problems
- Anticipates and solves capacity problems, i.e., throughput, staffing, etc.
- Anticipates communication breakdowns
- Anticipates cash flow and management issues
Allocates: Resources
- Allocates and delegates daily tasks
- Allocates weekly personnel resources and staff
- Allocates daily personnel resources
Manager: Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to succeed in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant assistant manager and/or restaurant manager is required
