Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dishwasher and Prep Cook to join our team. As a Dishwasher and Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, ensuring the cleanliness and stock of tableware, and following hygiene and food safety measures. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about creating a clean and safe environment, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a loud and exciting atmosphere. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Keep the restaurant's tableware clean and always in stock
• Monitor the dish machine to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
• Follow hygiene and food safety measures
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage
• Work as needed to keep our operation efficient

• Ability to stand for 8-hour + shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
