We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As an Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in executing our menu, ensuring that each dish reflects the authenticity and flavors of the concept's cuisine.

Responsibilities of an Executive Chef:
- Lead and inspire a team of kitchen professionals, setting high standards for service, cleanliness, and culinary excellence.
- Execute a cuisine that aligns with your skill set, ensuring each dish is crafted to meet the demands of a high-volume kitchen while embodying the unique flavors and philosophies of each concept.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to align culinary strategies with business objectives.
Executive Chef qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of executive chef experience, preferably in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
- Culinary arts training or equivalent experience, with a deep understanding of various cuisines and culinary practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in managing budgets, food costs, and kitchen operations..
