Executive Operations Assistant to CEO/Founder

FS Food Group, one of Charlotte’s leading independent restaurant companies, is seeking a highly organized Executive Operations Assistant to support the CEO/Founder and help coordinate operational priorities across multiple restaurant concepts.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys keeping projects, schedules, and communication organized across multiple teams. The Executive Operations Assistant will support executive scheduling, track operational initiatives, assist with restaurant development projects, and ensure follow-ups are completed across the organization. This position works closely with restaurant leadership, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, calls, restaurant visits, and operational reviews
- Schedule vendor meetings, tastings, project discussions, assist with travel and logistical coordination
- Prepare meeting materials and capture notes when needed
- Track operational initiatives across multiple restaurant concepts
- Follow up with leadership on action items and deadlines
- Help ensure operational projects remain on schedule
- Work with facilities teams, contractors, architects, and design partners to track project milestones and timelines
- Maintain organized records of project communications, contracts, proposals, and vendor information
- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and operational teams, including restaurant managers, chefs, vendors, and contractors
- Maintain task lists, project tracking systems, and organized digital records for operational and development projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following
• Executive Assistant
• Operations Coordinator
• Project Coordinator
• Hospitality Management
Restaurant or hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendars, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: up to $90,000 depending on experience
