We are looking for a Part-Time Private Dining Sales Coordinator to manage private dining inquiries, drive sales, and coordinate events that create memorable guest experiences. This role will work closely with our primary private dining sales representative and support a high volume of event inquiries. As our private dining business continues to expand, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Development
Promote private dining services to individuals, businesses, and organizations
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
Event Coordination
Manage all aspects of private dining events: menu, room setup, beverages, AV, and special requests
Conduct site tours and guide clients through the planning process
Partner with culinary and service teams for seamless event execution
Administrative Tasks
Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices
Keep accurate records of client communications and event details
Use Toast POS and Resy for reservations and event management
Assist with training restaurant teams on event booking processes
Serve as the main point of contact for clients
Provide updates and answer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in-person
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in private dining, hospitality sales, or event planning
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events
Strong communication and client service skills
Knowledge of food and beverage operations
Experience with Toast, Resy, or similar platforms
Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment
