Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Preparation: Precisely measure, chop, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Organization: Ensure that all necessary ingredients are prepared and organized, contributing to the efficiency of the kitchen during service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to support a smooth flow of service and assist in meeting the demands of the kitchen.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, following proper food safety and hygiene practices.
• Quality Control: Assist in monitoring ingredient quality and freshness, notifying the team of any issues or discrepancies.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency in Little Mama's Italian Kitchen offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
