Responsibilities:
- Ingredient Preparation: Precisely measure, chop, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Organization: Ensure that all necessary ingredients are prepared and organized, contributing to the efficiency of the kitchen during service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to support a smooth flow of service and assist in meeting the demands of the kitchen.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, following proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Quality Control: Assist in monitoring ingredient quality and freshness, notifying the team of any issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
