This hybrid role combines dishwashing responsibilities with food prep duties, making you a key part of our kitchen’s success. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting the culinary team with prep tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Dishwashing Duties:
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently
• Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Monitor dish machine performance to ensure proper sanitation
• Handle all dishware carefully to prevent breakage
Prep Cook Support:
• Assist with food prep (chopping, portioning, stocking)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and kitchen areas
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
All kitchen positions are required to:
• Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment
Ability to stand for 8+ hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization
