Culinary Shift Leader – Midwood Smokehouse

What You’ll Do:
Open and close the kitchen with confidence and care
Lead by example during high-volume shifts
Support prep, cook, and plating for top-quality BBQ and Tex-Mex features
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
Help train and mentor new team members
What We’re Looking For:
BOH leadership experience (Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef, or similar)
Passion for real barbecue and scratch-made food
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Strong communication and kitchen leadership skills
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
