We pride ourselves in delivering warm and welcoming visits to every guest who walks through our doors, and as a Host/Hostess, you get to be the first and last impression of our team! You'll manage reservations and seating guests, making sure they feel right at home in our cozy and chic atmosphere.

As a Host/Hostess, you get to interact with guests on a daily basis and make their experience with us memorable! Here are your daily responsibilities:

- Happily welcome and greet guests upon arrival (smiling is the norm here!)

- Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them (it's like you're welcoming them to your own home)

- Manage reservations and wait list technology like a pro (you have to be savvy with computers, but we're sure you are!)

- Know regulars by name (know their preferences and needs, it's like having VIP guests!)

- Reset tables to our standards before showing guests to their table (gotta keep things clean and organized!)

- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return (a warm goodbye makes everyone feel good!)

We're looking for someone who:

- Has guest service experience (bonus points if you've worked in a restaurant before!)

- Is able to stay calm in high-pressure situations (it gets busy around here!)

- Has a warm and welcoming personality (love for people is a must!)

- Has excellent communication skills (you have to be able to talk to anyone and everyone!)

- Has a working knowledge of computers (knowledge of reservation systems is a bonus, but we'll train you!)

- Is able to stand for long periods of time (gotta have those comfy shoes!)

- Can lift up to 25 pounds (yup, you need some strength to move those tables around!)

- Is a team player and a problem solver (we all work together to make our guests happy!)

- Thrives in a constantly changing environment (no two days are ever the same!)
