Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a clean, upbeat, and welcoming environment guests won’t want to leave
- Build genuine connections with guests—our customers are the life of the party
- Communicate clearly with both guests and team members regarding menu items, specials, and updates
- Ensure all food and beverages are delivered accurately and meet quality standards
- Work collaboratively and jump in to support teammates whenever needed
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
