In addition to base wages for Team Members ($11-$12 per hour), our hourly employees participate in a shared tip pool. On average, this tip pool adds an additional wage of $4-$6 per hour to the employee's pay rate on the shifts worked. Ask the manager for details during your interview.

Yafo Kitchen is currently looking to hire a Team Member to join our dynamic team. You’ll be on the front lines providing our guests with the delicious Mediterranean creations they chose.

What You’ll Do as a Yafo Kitchen Team Member:

• Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guests
• Learn and communicate our seasonal menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests
• Keep dining room and service areas clean to create a pleasant environment for guests
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures 
• Learn all FOH duties so that you can be a part of our supportive team
• Understanding and using Toast POS systems
