As a member of our opening cleaning/maintenance crew at Culver’s you will be instrumental in ensuring
each morning begins in a smooth, low stress and structured manor.
Main Responsibilities for an Opener:
- Arrive 7:30 each day with energy and focus to help open, clean, and stock each section of our restaurant as a team
- Looking for detail oriented people with an eye to make things clean and sparkle enjoying the satisfaction of setting things off with the right energy every day
- Each section has a specified checklist for each opener from kitchen, where we filter fryers, sweep/mop the BOH and set up/stock our kitchen for success to our prep person or a FOH opener setting up our machines and organizing/stocking the FOH ready for guest eyes. Any outside property pickup to make sure our first impression is a winner from the moment someone steps on our lot
- Some maintenance/porter responsibilities may be included at times
- Helping put truck 2 days a week
- Each opener will be responsible for a specific area, will be cross-trained in order to then float and help the entire team
- Looking to train 10 - 12 motivated individuals to be part of a fast paced "elite" opening team so that each day we are spotless and set for success so we are able and proud to unlock our doors at 10am being prepared to greet our guests with a smile.
- Hours would 7 am - 12/1pm 5 to 6 days a week depending on performance. Full time available.
