Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient service to our guests, ensuring every experience is positive and memorable.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members. Lead by example and ensure our team follows Chick-fil-A’s service standards.
  • Operations: Open and/or close the restaurant according to standard operating procedures, including handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Training & Development: Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they understand the Chick-fil-A culture and the high standards we uphold.
  • Handling Finances: Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and integrity in daily transactions.
  • Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the front-of-house areas are clean, well-stocked, and organized throughout shifts.
  • Goal-Oriented Leadership: Take initiative to set goals and drive team performance, while giving clear direction under pressure to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
  • Collaboration: Work with the leadership team to ensure all restaurant goals are met while maintaining a positive, team-focused work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and an eye for detail.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, creating a positive work environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving team and restaurant goals.
  • Adaptable: Ability to remain calm and provide direction under pressure.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates Empathy, Grace, and Grit in every task and interaction.
  • Food Management Certificate: Valid Suffolk County Food Manager License/ ServSafe License is a plus !
