Your Impact
- Execute marketing strategies that drive both inside and outside sales growth
- Lead social media presence and digital engagement to strengthen brand awareness
- Support product launches, promotions, and national campaign rollouts and lead sampling initiative
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations
- Plan and execute events and initiatives that increase guest engagement and catering sales
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with overall restaurant goals and team culture
Background Profile
- Must be 18 or older
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude, coachable
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
