Must have at least 2 years of restaurant experience in a high-volume steak house and or buffet operation. An Operations Manager must be highly self-motivated, energetic, and competitive. Must have experience in recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and inventory/ordering/receiving. Must have a proven track record of managing food, labor, and restaurant controllable costs. Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
