Barback is an assistant to the Bartender. It is fantastic hands on experience for those whose goal is to become a Bartender. Duties include but are not limited to:
-Cleaning and Organizing
-Clean Bar Tools and Glasses to the highest of standards
-Organize Tools, Glasses, etc so that everything is easily accessible
-Keeping Bar Well Stocked
-Stock bottled and canned beer
-Stock liquor
-Cut fruit and stock other drink garnishes
-Keeping a Log of Empty Bottles and Disposing at the End of the Shift
-Changing Kegs
-Assist in handling Service Tickets during peak hours
-May Include Pouring/Serving Alcoholic Beverages
-Food Running
-Deliver food to patrons along with utensils, napkins and appropriate condiments
-Collect and Bus Dishes when appropriate and Clean Bar Top to welcome new guests
-Assist Bartender as needed
-Basset Certified
-Food Handler's Certification
Must be detail oriented, cool under pressure, love a fast paced environment, work well with team members, able to lift heavy objects and be 21 years of age.
