Position Overview:

Greets all guests as they walk through the door. Inquire with each guest for reservation status. Extra welcome greeting to all owners and club members. Leads and directs guest to appropriate area for experience. Upon departure make sure all guests are given a warm farewell and wine is transported to guest’s car if needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or similar.
• A valid/current OLCC and Food Handler’s Card (or be willing to obtain one prior to start date).
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and on-site winery events. Most of these events are held over holiday weekends such as Memorial Day and Thanksgiving
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate through active listening skills and gather insight into human behavior.
