About the Role:
As our Inventory Clerk, you will be the backbone of our restaurant's stock management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and Stocking: Unloading and putting away daily deliveries, ensuring all products are stored in their designated locations.
- Organization & Maintenance: Proactively organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and order of our walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas. This includes rotating stock to ensure product freshness (FIFO - First In, First Out).
- Inventory Audits: Participating in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the leadership team to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Cleaning: daily cleaning, helping with BOH Dishes and stocking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming product deliveries.
- Efficiently and accurately stock all inventory items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items needing to be reordered.
- Place and finalize daily truck orders.
- Perform routine inventory checks and audits.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work some early mornings or late nights.
