At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment.

Our full-time Team Members serve as dependable pillars of the operation; individuals who consistently model excellence, take ownership of their responsibilities, and help set the standard for others. They are trusted to maintain operational consistency, support and encourage fellow team members, and ensure each shift runs smoothly.

  • Saturdays are not required as an available day, except during FSU football home games.
