Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Job Summary:
As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Buffalo Wild Wings GO, you will support the General Manager in leading all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, and leading a motivated and high-performing team. This is a fast-paced, team-driven environment where leadership, initiative, and operational excellence are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members.
- Supervise shift operations and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and recognition.
- Step in as acting manager when the General Manager is off-site.
Operations & Guest Experience:
- Ensure all operations meet Buffalo Wild Wings GO brand standards.
- Drive speed of service, order accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment both front and back of house.
Food Quality & Safety:
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor prep, portioning, and line execution to ensure consistency.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
- Assist in managing inventory, labor, and cost control.
- Support in completing daily and weekly operational paperwork and reports.
- Help achieve or exceed sales and profitability goals.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role (Quick Service or Fast Casual preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Passion for food and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
