- Must be 15 years of age or older

Responsibilities
- Complete Zaxby’s Front of House Development Plan & training
- Provide enthusiastic, friendly guest service
- Greet guests promptly, explain menu items, and suggest additional items
- Cashier-Specific:
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly
- Balance tills and maintain receipts properly
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy rushes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment (dining room, counters, bathrooms, exterior)
- Stock and organize paper goods, condiments, and beverages
- Package and present guest orders accurately
- Support all assigned daily tasks
