Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area, sinks, and storage areas clean and organized
- Assist with trash removal and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
- Restock clean items in designated areas for kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies for dish area
- Support cooks and team members with additional cleaning or prep tasks as needed
