This role involves modeling in restaurant operations alongside team members, overseeing systems, and maintaining a team roster through hiring, scheduling, and training. Looking for leaders who can work in one of the following shifts:
FOH Day Leaders are responsible for Breakfast and Lunch
Shift: 5:45 am to 4 pm
FOH Night Leaders are responsible for the Afternoon and Evening shift
Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30 pm
