What You’ll Do
As a Leader, you’ll play a key role in restaurant operations, team development, and culture-building. You’ll be entrusted with supporting daily functions across all departments (FOH, BOH, Drive-Thru, Delivery) while mentoring team members and contributing to strategic growth.

You will:
- Own shift-level leadership and guide teams with real-time decision-making

- Ensure operational excellence in speed, accuracy, hospitality, and cleanliness
- Help hire, train, coach, and develop team members and emerging leaders
- Reinforce food safety and compliance standards with excellence
- Support strategic planning, metrics, labor stewardship, and guest experience initiatives
- Foster a culture of growth, ownership, and intentional care
- Embody servant leadership — lifting others up and helping them win

Position Requirements
- Full-time availability (mornings, evenings, Saturdays, holidays)
- Comfortable working hands-on in both FOH and BOH
- Ability to lift 5-30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- Food safety knowledge is a plus
