Are you a parent looking for a fun, positive work environment with a schedule that fits around your family? Chick-fil-A Power & McKellips is hiring Front of House Team Members specifically for our Parent Shift!
Our Parent Shift is designed to provide shorter, daytime shifts that allow you to work while still having time for your family and other commitments.
Parent Shift Hours
We are currently looking for team members who are available for one or more of the following shifts:
- 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Smile and create a welcoming environment for every guest
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Provide excellent customer service
- Encourage and support fellow Team Members
- Represent the vision and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
