You are expected to:

  • Model Core 4 and Second Mile Service both in person and online
  • Communicate with clarity, positivity, and brand consistency across all platforms

  • Protect and elevate the brand through strong judgment, tone, and content choices

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, stories)
  • Capture real-time moments that showcase the heart of the restaurant
  • Highlight team members, guest experiences, promotions, and community involvement
  • Stay ahead of trends and creatively adapt them to fit the brand

Social Media Presence & Growth

  • Actively grow followers, reach, and engagement across all platforms
  • Build a recognizable, consistent, and relatable brand voice
  • Increase visibility through strategic posting, timing, and platform optimization

Sales & Marketing Impact

  • Use social media to drive traffic to the restaurant, mobile app, delivery, catering, and events
  • Execute campaigns that directly contribute to sales growth
  • Promote limited-time offers, events, and key initiatives effectively

Digital Engagement & Community Building

  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Create conversations—not just content
  • Turn online interactions into real relationships and loyal guests

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
  • Experience creating engaging photo and video content
  • Creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, strategic, and leadership mindset

Role Summary


The Social Media Specialist leads the digital voice, strategy, and presence of Chick-fil-A Power & McKellips. This role is responsible for creating compelling content, building an engaged online community, and driving measurable business results through social platforms.

This position is about more than posting—it’s about creating connection, building influence, and driving action.
