Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, stories)
- Capture real-time moments that showcase the heart of the restaurant
- Highlight team members, guest experiences, promotions, and community involvement
- Stay ahead of trends and creatively adapt them to fit the brand
Social Media Presence & Growth
- Actively grow followers, reach, and engagement across all platforms
- Build a recognizable, consistent, and relatable brand voice
- Increase visibility through strategic posting, timing, and platform optimization
Sales & Marketing Impact
- Use social media to drive traffic to the restaurant, mobile app, delivery, catering, and events
- Execute campaigns that directly contribute to sales growth
- Promote limited-time offers, events, and key initiatives effectively
Digital Engagement & Community Building
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to comments, messages, and reviews
- Create conversations—not just content
- Turn online interactions into real relationships and loyal guests
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Experience creating engaging photo and video content
- Creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
