Position Summary
We’re hiring a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced QSR environment. This role is responsible for delivering great guest experiences, building and leading a strong team, and driving results through strong execution of food safety, labor, and cost controls.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- ServSafe Certification (current/active)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced food service operation (QSR/fast casual strongly preferred)
- Ability to Close 1–2 nights per week
- Sunday morning availability
- Experience with P&L management (labor, food cost, controllables)
- Experience with Truck ordering
- Experience with Inventory management (counts, variance, waste controls)
- Experience with Crew schedules (staffing to sales, shift coverage, labor targets)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations: food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe)
- Manage financial performance using P&L reporting; take action to improve results
- Complete accurate truck orders and manage receiving/storage to standards
- Execute inventory counts, investigate variances, and control waste
- Build weekly schedules, manage labor, and ensure proper shift coverage
- Train, coach, and develop team members; support hiring and performance management
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally; drive guest recovery
- Ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed
