Responsibilities:
- Adhere to timing standards for products and services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items to drive sales
- Assist in keeping staff busy and productive
- Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests
- Ensure equipment and surfaces are clean and organized
- Look for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
- Provide strong opening and closing shifts using checklists
- Ability to work within a designed operational system consistently
