Medication Aide Pay & Raise Policy
- Starting pay: $17.00/hour
- Annual raises: $0.50–$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history
- Wage cap: $18.00/hour
- At the cap? You’ll receive an annual cost of living bonus, paid out over time instead of a raise
- Schedule: All shifts available - all schedules include every other weekend
- Shift differentials: Dependent on the shift and location
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
- Administer medications
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
- Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards
Requirements
- CBRF certification preferred (training may be provided)
- Must pass a caregiver background check
- Strong attendance and professionalism
- Compassionate and reliable team player
