Pay & Raise Policy

  • Starting pay: $18.00/hour
  • Annual raises: $0.50–$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history
  • Wage cap: $19.00/hour
  • At the cap? You’ll receive an annual cost of living bonus, paid out over time instead of a raise
  • Schedule: All shifts available – weekend and NOC shift differentials may apply
  • Shift differentials: Dependent on the shift and location

Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
  • Administer medications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
  • Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
  • Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards

Caregiver Requirements

  • CBRF certification preferred (training may be available)
  • Must pass a caregiver background check
  • Strong attendance and professionalism
  • Compassionate and reliable team player
