Blackjack Pizza & Salads, a regional franchise system with over 30 locations in the Denver Metro region, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our pizza store franchise. You will be responsible for setting schedules, assisting the General Manager in developing and training staff, contributing to the high-energy atmosphere in the store, ordering food, and handling all budgetary aspects of running the business. Assistant Manager Expectations:
- Come to work with a positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ability to multitask, work at a fast pace, and perform well under pressure
- Work well with others and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Minimum of 6 months of pizza experience or related field, in a leadership capacity(e.g., management, shift leader, etc.)
- Ability to effectively train and motivate staff
- Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor

Salary: $22-$25 Per Hour
