Chick-fil-A is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Back of house closing Team. At Chick-fil-A, working as a Back of House Closing Team Member is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive environment.
This part-time evening position focuses on preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and closing kitchen operations in alignment with Chick-fil-A’s high standards of excellence. This position is ideal for individuals who are not currently enrolled in high school, as team members must be available to work until 11:00 PM on weeknights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Kitchen operations during peak business hours
- Assist with nightly closing tasks, including:
-Cleaning equipment and kitchen surfaces
-Washing dishes and organizing supplies
-Restocking and preparing for the next day
- Work with a team to ensure efficient and timely closing procedures
- Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older (due to late-night schedule and labor laws)
- Available to work a minimum of 2 days Monday-Thursday from 7pm-11pm
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- NO previous restaurant experience required
