We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who is honest and has extensive hands-on experience. The ideal candidate would be an experienced contractor with excellent carpentry skills and good common sense. You must have strong leadership and communication skills. You must be team player who is efficient, can take direction and get the job done. This is not a “sit in the office” job. You should be able to do painting and wallpapering, maintain our swimming pool, repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment, mow lawns, plow snow, etc. You must be willing to do whatever is needed to make the hotel successful including working long hours at times.
